The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has quizzed the immediate past Minister of Women Affairs, Pauline Tallen over alleged N2bn money laundering.

The former minister reportedly arrived at the Abuja Zonal Command of the Commission on Friday at 12pm and was grilled by investigators until 8pm.

Part of the money was allegedly diverted from the African First Ladies Peace Mission Project, Channels TV reported.

Details of the allegations were sketchy as the Commission’s spokesman, Wilson Uwujaren, is yet to confirm the development as of the time of filing this report.

This is coming hours after the EFCC interrogated the immediate past governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi.
